Tyler Herro spotted with girlfriend following alleged Bam Adebayo altercation

Tyler Herro was seen with his girlfriend at the NBA Summer League following his alleged physical altercation with Bam Adebayo.

As Herro walked into practice on Saturday, July 11, with his longtime girlfriend Katya Elise Henry, smiling, according to TMZ. The couple shares two children: daughter Zya and son Harlem. 

The former Miami Heat teammates are rumored to have gotten into a disagreement that turned physical on Friday, July 10. Herro allegedly threw some shade at Adebayo as he questioned his $160 million deal with the Heat and his worth as a player in general on social media. Adebayo reportedly confronted Herro about the comments and allegedly struck him in the face at a Las Vegas hotel gym after leaving practice Friday morning, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.  Neither NBA star has spoken out about it at this time. 

Herro played for the Heat from the 2019–20 season through the 2025–26 season. The shooting guard was drafted in the first round of the 2019 NBA Draft. He was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this month and will make his debut on his new team in October.

Adebayo on the other hand, will be starting his ninth year in the league with the team with which he started his NBA career. Last season, he made history with his 83-point game against the Washington Wizards.
