A two-time Pro Bowler and recent free agent addition has been named as the Green Bay Packers' biggest bust candidate for the upcoming 2026 NFL season.
Bleacher Report's Moe Moton recently predicted every team's biggest bust for the '26 season, and defensive lineman Javon Hargrave was the pick for the Packers.
Javon Hargrave named Packers biggest bust candidate for 2026
Moton pointed to the fact that Hargrave appears to be well past his prime combined with his lack of availability as of late as reasons for his selection.
"The Green Bay Packers signed Javon Hargrave to a two-year, $23 million deal, which would've been a solid signing three years ago. Over the last two seasons, the 33-year-old defensive tackle has missed 15 games and played only 53 percent of the Minnesota Vikings' defensive snaps last season," Moton wrote.
"The Packers grossly overpaid for a player they had seen twice the previous season. Green Bay filled a need by signing Hargrave, but he's well past his prime and has had minimal impact on the pass rush since his 2023 Pro Bowl campaign."
