The next retail tenant at JEMB Realty’s Herald Towers will have a mere 2,500 square feet, compared with the 55,000 square-foot jumbo it signed last spring with Old Navy.
But international financial trading platform Moomooo will pack a lot of prestige at the building’s West 33rd Street corner when it opens there next spring.

Publicly traded, multibillion-dollar Moomoo, which serves 27 million investors, recently launched its East Coast headquarters in Jersey City. Herald Towers, across from Macy’s will be its first retail location. Herald Towers is a large rental apartment building that was once the McAlpin Hotel.
Moomoo says it aims to bridge the gap between digital investment and real-world engagement, offering hands-on access to advanced tools and educational programming.
Zelnik & Co.’s Corey Zelnik represented Moomoo. JLL’s Patrick Smith acted for JEMB.
