Top star shares inspirational message following huge title match win on AEW Collision

A top star and champion in AEW left the wrestling world in awe after sharing an inspiring message following his huge title match win on Collision.

That star is Bandido, the reigning AEW World Tag Team Champion alongside Brody King (collectively known as Brodido), and also the ROH World Champion. The Mexican luchador, who joined the Jacksonville-based promotion in 2022, is one of the most talented and popular stars in the company. On the latest edition of Collision, Bandido demonstrated exactly why the fans love him so much after putting on an instant classic against Mascara Dorado of CMLL fame in a match where the ROH World title was also on the line.

Following a successful title defense, Bandido took to Instagram to share a heartfelt and inspiring message that described his journey and emphasized his never-give-up attitude.

"Before titles, I was a dreamer who never gave up. Remember this: NO matter how many times you fall; as long as you have the heart to rise... Don't ever stop fighting!," Bandido wrote [H/T: AEW on X]

Bandido will defend their AEW Tag Team Titles against FTR at Full Gear 2025

Bandido and Brody King (Brodido) captured the Tag Team Championships back at Forbidden Door 2025 in a triple threat tag match that also featured former champions the Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) and FTR. Since then, the duo has been able to fend off any subsequent challenges for their titles.

Last week on Dynamite: Fright Night, a four-way tag match was held to determine the No. 1 contender for Brodido's Tag Titles at Full Gear 2025. FTR won the match by overcoming the Young Bucks, Jurassic Express, and JetSpeed to secure the spot. That said, Brodido vs. FTR offers an exciting contest for fans, and it will be interesting to see who wins at Full Gear 2025.
