Shivam Dube was named Player of the Match for his blazing 53 off 34 balls in Pune in the fourth T20I of the five-match series against England. Batting first, the hosts got off to a poor start, losing three wickets for 12 runs in two overs. Abhishek Sharma (29) and Rinku Singh (30) also failed to convert starts as India lost half their side with just 79 runs on the board.
Dube led a brilliant counter-attack for Team India, hammering seven fours and two sixes. The southpaw slog-swept Adil Rashid for a big six in the eighth over. He took on the spinner in the 14th over as well, slamming a four and a six over the bowler's head. Dube raced to a 31-ball fifty with consecutive fours off Brydon Carse. India posted 181-9 and went on to win the game by 15 runs.
#4 Abhishek Sharma (74 off 39) vs Pakistan in Dubai
Aggressive opener Abhishek played a number of memorable knocks for India in T20Is in 2025. In fact, he finished the year as India's leading run-getter in the format, with 859 runs in 21 matches at a strike rate of 193.46. One of his standout knocks came against Pakistan in Dubai in the Super 4 round of the Asia Cup.
Abhishek clobbered 74 in just 39 balls, hitting six fours and five sixes as India chased down 172 in 18.5 overs. Abhishek kicked off the chase by pulling the first ball from Shaheen Afridi for a six. In the fourth over, he launched Abrar Ahmed for a four and six over square leg. Two more sixes followed in Abrar's second over. Abhishek reached a 24-ball fifty with an inside-out cover drive off Saim Ayub.

Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya played a few stunning knocks in T20Is in 2025. In India's last T20I of 2025, the right-handed batter smashed 63 off just 25 balls at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. He hit five fours and five sixes as the Men in Blue won a high-scoring contest by 30 runs.
India batted first in the game and posted 231-5. Coming into bat in the 13th over, Hardik smacked he first ball from Corbin Bosch for a six to long off. In the next over bowled by George Linde, he clubbed two sixes and two fours. In the 17th over bowled by Bosch, he reached a 16-ball fifty by slamming a four and two sixes. Hardik's blazing knock ended in the last over when he mistimed a full toss.

Tilak Varma played many memorable knocks for India in T20Is in 2025. In 20 matches, the 23-year-old smashed 567 at an average of 47.25 and a strike rate of 129.15, with four half-centuries. The southpaw's standout knock came in the Asia Cup 2025 final against Pakistan in Dubai. Varma held his nerve to guide India to a tense victory, scoring an unbeaten 69* off 53 in a chase of 147.

#1 Abhishek Sharma (135 off 54) vs England at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai
Abhishek was the only Indian batter to score a hundred in T20Is in 2025. He smashed 135 off just 54 balls against England at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai in the final match of the five-game series. The left-handed batter's knock included seven fours and 13 sixes.
Abhishek took on Jofra Archer in the third over, slamming him for a four and two sixes. He did not look back after that. More boundaries followed in the next over by Mark Wood, including a six over cover point. The youngster raced to a 17-ball fifty with consecutive maximums off Jamie Overton.
When leggie Rashid was introduced in the seventh over, Abhishek launched him for a six over long on and another one over the bowler's head. The carnage continued as the Indian opener reached a 37-ball ton with a single off Carse. Abhishek's stunning knock ended in the 18th over when he was caught at sweeper cover off Rashid, having hit the bowler for two sixes.
