Shortly after the 2026 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans were among the franchises that made a flurry of undrafted free-agent signings to strengthen their rosters.
One of those moves involved the Titans adding the 6-foot-2 son of a WWE Hall of Famer to the fold.
“Let’s go, Brock Rechsteiner,” US Sports Management wrote on X/Twitter after the Titans officially signed the former Jacksonville State wide receiver.
Rechsteiner, whose father, Scott, is a legend in the WWE world, improved his production each season with the Gamecocks when active. After redshirting as a freshman, Rechsteiner appeared in three games in 2022-23 but didn’t record a catch. The following season, Rechsteiner contributed one reception for five yards against East Tennessee State.
In 2024-25, the Woodstock, Georgia native began to find his groove with the Gamecocks, finishing the year with 16 receptions for 241 yards and two touchdowns.
Unsurprisingly, Rechsteiner elevated his game as a senior, logging a career-high 36 receptions for 383 yards and five touchdowns on a Jacksonville State squad that ended the year with a 17-13 victory over Troy in the IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl.
Does Rechsteiner have his work cut out for him in the big leagues? Absolutely, considering he’ll be competing against the best of the best for a roster spot. Still, it’s worth acknowledging that Rechsteiner’s NFL journey is off to an encouraging start.
