Tim McGraw Celebrates “Beautiful Soul” Faith Hill on Their 30th Wedding Anniversary
When it comes to family time, Tim McGraw likes it, he loves it, he wants some more of it.
As the “It’s Your Love” singer was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville Oct. 18, he was supported by his wife Faith Hill and their daughters Maggie, 28, and Audrey, 24.
For the rare family red carpet moment, Tim didn’t have a barbecue stain on a white T-shirt. Instead, he sported a red tuxedo with a black bowtie and cowboy hat, while Faith stood arm-in-arm with him wearing a shimmering black gown.
For their parts, Maggie and Audrey—who, along with their sister Gracie, 29, were featured on their dad’s 2007 hit “Last Dollar (Fly Away)”—flanked their parents while wearing a black velvet dress and blush blue satin gown, respectively.
Of course, Tim didn’t just feel his girls’ support on the red carpet—he also gave them their flowers while delivering his acceptance speech.
As he told Faith during the induction ceremony, per People, “The only thing that can beat this night is when you’re standing here and I’m sitting there.”
And the country icon praised his daughters, too, adding, “You’re the best thing we’ve ever made. Nothing in our careers even comes close.”
The compliment to his daughters was even more humble and kind considering the career Tim has built over the past 30 years, earning him three Grammy wins and over 60 top 10 country hits.
However, he has credited his wife with saving his life and career when it was just beginning.

“I was running hard back in the day. I was drinking a lot,” he said on the Tim Ferriss Show podcast in February. “That didn’t stop after we got married, but she beat it out of me after a while. I was just doing everything.”
But with Faith’s help, he was able to get back on the right track.
“I certainly wouldn’t have the career that I’ve had had I not met her,” the 59-year-old continued. “I certainly wouldn’t have lasted as long. I would have burned out really quickly, I think, especially if I had lost her after I found her. If I had lost her because of not bringing myself around a little bit, then I definitely would have been in a downward spiral.”
And so, because of Faith’s help, Tim is now able to live like he was dying.
“She’s just magic,” he explained. “Not just her singing and her looks and all that. That’s all a bonus, but as a person, she’s just magic. She just lights up a room and she lit me up and still does.”
