The ongoing rift between GloRilla and members of her family resurfaced this week, with her sister publicly reiterating claims that the Memphis rapper, who is dating NBA star Brandon Ingram, has failed to support her relatives despite her financial success.
According to Complex, Victoria “Scar Face” Woods, one of GloRilla’s siblings, has taken to both social media and a recent televised interview to repeat allegations that the rapper has prioritized friends and public image over family needs. In her view, fame comes with responsibility — especially toward the people she says struggled alongside GloRilla before the music career took off.

“She got an obligation to share the wealth,” Woods said during an appearance on TMZ Live, arguing that the family endured poverty together and should not be excluded now. She added that while GloRilla appears generous online, the reality behind the scenes is different. According to Woods, the rapper is “doing nothing, nothing, nothing” for the family.
Among her most pointed claims is that GloRilla did not secure her parents’ retirement, despite public perception to the contrary. Woods said their father retired because “his time was up,” while their mother, she alleged, is still working at FedEx. “Don’t go on interviews talking about our struggle,” Woods said, accusing her sister of using family hardship for narrative value without providing consistent support.
Woods has also pushed back against the idea that her demands are excessive. When asked hypothetically how much she would expect from her sister if a significant amount of money were available, she suggested a modest amount. “I’m not asking for millions,” she said, adding that even a few thousand dollars per sibling would be meaningful.
The dispute first gained traction through a series of Facebook posts in which Woods claimed that GloRilla had cut off communication with some relatives, including their mother, and left others to cover rent and basic expenses. She also described difficult childhood conditions, including overcrowded housing and unreliable utilities, as context for her frustration.
After GloRilla appeared to respond indirectly by sharing screenshots that appeared to show appreciation from their mother, Woods questioned the authenticity of the messages, asking why the timestamps and phone numbers were not visible. “Where the time and date at?” she said, casting doubt on the exchange.
