With one day until Team Canada takes to the ice for its first men's hockey game at the 2026 Winter Olympics, lines don't yet appear to be set in stone.
The Canadians made a couple changes in Wednesday's practice from what had been seen earlier in the lead-up to action.
The changes, reported by Sportsnet, involved two forward lines, while two stayed the same.
Connor McDavid was still skating with Macklin Celebrini and Tom Wilson on what will be the first line.

Sidney Crosby was still with Mitch Marner and Mark Stone on what shapes up as the third line.
But then it appears Canada has swapped its other two center-wing pairings.
Nathan MacKinnon slotted between Brandon Hagel and Sam Reinhart.
Those wings used to be with Bo Horvat, who now gets the duo that had been with MacKinnon. The Horvat line on Wednesday featured wings Brad Marchand and Nick Suzuki.

The two forwards on the outside looking in remain Sam Bennett and Seth Jarvis.
It's a potent group regardless, but it'll be interesting to see how much mixing-and-matching happens early in the tournament.
Canada shouldn't have too much to fear in its opening match against Czechia, so it wouldn't be a surprise to even see different line combinations within the game itself.
Eventually, Canada will want to settle in with its best groupings to ensure chemistry and efficiency as the Canadians go for gold.
