Taylor Swift gets Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and more to sign her ‘Toy Story’ VHS at movie premiere

Taylor Swift got Tom Hanks and Tim Allen to sign her “Toy Story” VHS at the movie’s part five premiere on Tuesday.

According to photos obtained by Page Six, the “Bad Blood” singer approached Hanks, 69, and Allen, 72 — who voice Woody and Buzz Lightyear, respectively — while holding the nostalgic tape of the 1995 film.

The actors both wrote their John Hancocks on the VHS tape and Allen reportedly added Buzz’s famed phrase, “To infinity and beyond.”

In an interview with USA Today, the “Forrest Gump” star said he told Swift she “should have brought in the VHS machine so that we could have signed it as that could go into the Smithsonian Institute as well.”

The pop star — who stunned on the red carpet in an off-the-shoulder, crystal-embellished Erdem dress — was 5 years old when the original Pixar film was released.

Swift, now 36, wrote and produced her new country hit, “I Knew It, I Knew You,” for the movie’s soundtrack.

In an Instagram post, the “Cruel Summer” songstress — who co-wrote the single with Jack Antonoff — said writing the song “felt like a musical departure and coming home at the same time.”

“Creating something for [‘Toy Story’ character] Jessie was a new challenge and also felt like second nature all at once. And being a @toystory kid from the age of 5 til now… is an adventure I plan to be on, to infinity and beyond,” she added, alongside a video of herself dressed as a cowgirl.

“We wrote this with so much adoration for these characters that made us laugh and helped us learn lessons and think outside the backyard all throughout our childhoods.”

After the song’s June 5 release, Apple Music revealed that it became the streaming platform’s “biggest country single of 2026.”
