The Super Bowl LX contest between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks was briefly delayed in the fourth quarter.
The reason behind the delay was a fan running on the field. Thankfully, he wasn't a full streaker, as the fan was clothed from the waist down.
While the streaker wasn't shown on the NBC broadcast because it encourages other fans to follow suit, video of him did surface on social media.
Check it out.
— Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) February 9, 2026With both offenses struggling on Sunday night, that might have been the biggest gain of Super Bowl LX.
The fan did prove to be a good-luck charm for the Patriots, who finally scored their first points after he ran on the field. The score came on a pass from quarterback Drake Maye to wide receiver Mack Hollins.
At this point, the Patriots should be asking more fans to run on the field.
