Super Bowl 60 wasn't the greatest display of quarterback play by any means, but New England Patriots QB Drake Maye had a particularly difficult night.
Maye and the Patriots were shut out through the first three quarters and change, and even a pair of late scoring drives weren't nearly enough to give the Seattle Seahawks a serious scare.
Maye faced constant pressure from the Seahawks' defense, culminating in three turnovers in a 29-13 loss on the NFL's biggest stage.
Here's a look at Maye's turnovers in Super Bowl 60 and how they doomed the Patriots.

Drake Maye turnovers in Super Bowl 60
Maye committed three turnovers in the Patriots' Super Bowl 60 loss, tossing two interceptions and losing the ball on a sack. All three of Maye's turnovers occurred in the second half.
Strip-sack by Derick Hall
Maye was stripped by Derick Hall in the final minute of the third quarter, as the Patriots were trying to convert on third-and-6 just shy of midfield. Hall came in and grabbed Maye from the right as the pocket broke down, and Byron Murphy II recovered for the Seahawks to take over with strong field position.
— NFL (@NFL) February 9, 2026Five plays later, the Seahawks scored their first touchdown of the night on a pass from Sam Darnold to AJ Barner to stretch their lead from 12-0 to 19-0.

Interception by Julian Love
The Patriots' biggest attempt to get back into the game in the second half came when they were approaching midfield while trailing by 12 with plenty of time left, but that opportunity abruptly ended on an interception by Seahawks safety Julian Love.
— NFL (@NFL) February 9, 2026Maye appeared to misread the defense, tossing an easy interception to Love, who was able to put together a solid return and set Seattle up in Patriots territory. The Seahawks would turn the opportunity into three points, stretching their lead from 12 to 15.

Pick-six by Uchenna Nwosu
New England's next drive went haywire as well, as Maye appeared to be stripped by Devon Witherspoon, with Uchenna Nwosu recovering and running it back for a defensive touchdown.
— NFL (@NFL) February 9, 2026Upon closer inspection, the play was changed from a strip-sack to a pick-six by Nwosu, who can call the touchdown the greatest moment of his football career. The touchdown effectively iced the game for the Seahawks, stretching Seattle's lead to 29-7.
