Stefon Diggs linked to pregnancy rumor involving K’yanna Barber from Drake's "Kiki do you love me," claims DJ Akademiks

Stefon Diggs is linked to a viral rumor after DJ Akademiks claimed that K’yanna Barber, aka “Kiki” from Drake’s song "In My Feelings," is pregnant.

DJ Akademiks posted a side-by-side photo on X on Wednesday. One was Barber's mirror selfie with a baby bump, and another from an old article from 2018 about her, published by Toronto Life.

“Stefon Diggs got ‘Kiki do you love me are you riding’ pregnant lmaooo birds of a feather. Pray for Cardi B," Akademiks tweeted.

The post blew up online, getting over 1.6 million views.

Meanwhile, Cardi B is confirmed to be pregnant with her fourth child, and her first with the New England Patriots star. She shared the news on Sept. 17 during an interview with Gayle King.

“I am having a baby with my boyfriend (Diggs)," Cardi B said, via "CBS Mornings."

The rapper and the wide receiver have been dating since early this year. Cardi B has three kids with ex-husband Offset, Kulture, Wave and Blossom.

She is planning a big tour in February 2026, just months after giving birth.

Four days after confirming her pregnancy, Cardi B went off during an Instagram Live session. She reacted to rumors that Diggs may have gotten other women pregnant.

“That’s your baby daddy, b**tch? That’s my baby daddy, too,” Cardi B said on Sept. 21.

She quoted Shirley Brown’s 1974 song, "Woman to Woman," which is about a woman confronting her man’s other lover.

Stefon Diggs’ paternity lawsuit trouble with model Aileen Lopera

Model Aileen Lopera, aka Lord Gisselle, filed a paternity lawsuit in December 2024 while she was pregnant with her daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. The child was born on April 2. The case is being handled by the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Stefon Diggs responded by asking for a DNA test on July 17 to confirm if he is the father. He said he wants joint custody if the test proves it.

One day after Cardi B announced she was pregnant with Diggs’ baby, Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, said Diggs still had not taken the test. She added that the case was ongoing.

"My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles,” Arminak said via People Magazine.

Diggs is playing in his 11th NFL campaign, and his first with the Patriots after suiting up for the Texans last season.
