Stalker 2 Stories Untold walkthrough: How to complete Once Upon a Time at Kazkovyi mission

Once Upon a Time at Kazkovyi is the third mission you can pursue in the Stalker 2 Stories Untold expansion. Its main objective is to assist the Scoutmaster in dealing with some issues around the camp. The quest starts only after completing the first Banzai's Tools mission in the story, after reaching the Kazkovyi's camp, and killing the mutants.

Check Kazkovyi's summer stage (optional)

After learning the task details from the Scoutmaster, exit that building, and go east to find a broken stage. Enter the location from above before killing the mutant animals.

Get rid of the threats in the Kazkovyi camp building

Exit the summer stage through the door and navigate to the northwest from the Scoutmaster's building to find another location where you must kill some mutants inside.

Enter the building through the door, head right, and jump outside the window.

Quickly take a few steps back after opening this door (Image via GSC Game World)

Next, proceed forward to find a white door. A trap will trigger when you open the door, so quickly fall back to avoid any damage.

Then, move forward for a bit, and then disarm the trip before jumping above the obstacle.

Now, go up the stairs and kill the mutant rats to complete this task.

You can also search the deadbody of Tim Pulse to acquire a vent key, which you can use to open the small rooftop door of the building where the Scoutmaster is located. However, it is not essential.

Start the generator at Kazkovyi

For the final task, return to the Scoutmaster's location and go to another room by opening the white door.

Lastly, turn on the generator, and then another optional mission will pop up. A group of mutants is approaching the location, and you have to kill them.

When done, return to the Scoutmaster and let him know that all tasks are completed. Banzai will also arrive there, and with this, the Once Upon a Time at Kazkovyi mission in Stalker 2 Stories Untold will come to an end. You will receive 3750 Coupons as a reward.

After this, you can pursue the second part of the Banzai's Tools mission, as well as the NK-5 Group mission in Stalker 2 Stories Untold.
