Their last road Game 7 win came in 2008 against the New Orleans Hornets, so it's been 18 years since San Antonio won a Game 7 on the road.
San Antonio has a 5-3 road record in this postseason, including a 1-2 mark in this series against OKC.
Their sole road win against the Thunder came in Game 1 when Victor Wembanyama scored 41 points.
If the Spurs win Game 7 and advance to the NBA Finals, it will be the first time they play on that stage since 2014 when they won it all.
