Speaking with Zack Heydorn of Sports Illustrated's The TakeDown, Jordynne Grace was asked why she elected to sign with the promotion as a free agent. She noted that historically, female wrestlers do not have long careers, and she wanted to prioritize financial stability. Grace also shared that she might want to become a mother someday, and it would be nice to be able to retire down the line.
“For me, ultimately, as a woman especially. Historically, we haven’t had the longest careers. Maybe I want to have a kid one day. It comes down to, ultimately, six weeks off is great, but I would love to be able to retire one day," she said. [H/T: Fightful]Jordynne Grace looks to be appearing on SmackDown.
