Sophie Cunningham shows off legs in striking all-black outfit

Sophie Cunningham made another bold fashion statement over the weekend, stepping out in a striking all-black outfit that put her long legs on full display. The Indiana Fever guard posed for a series of photos shared Sunday by Athlete Vanity. Cunningham went completely monochromatic for the shoot, wearing black from head to toe while allowing the leg-baring design to serve as the centerpiece of the look.

The dark color palette gave Cunningham’s outfit a sleek and polished feel, but there was nothing understated about it. The short length showed off plenty of leg, and Cunningham confidently worked several different poses for the camera.

Cunningham has consistently been one of the WNBA’s most talked-about players when it comes to fashion. Whether she is walking into Gainbridge Fieldhouse before a game or posing away from the court, the 6-foot-1 guard has shown she is willing to take chances with her wardrobe.

Her latest all-black look continued that trend. Instead of relying on bright colors or an elaborate pattern, Cunningham made the monochromatic outfit stand out with its daring silhouette and emphasis on her legs.

Sophie Cunningham helps Fever overpower Liberty

Cunningham’s latest photos arrived after she made an important contribution to Indiana’s 108-88 victory over the New York Liberty on Saturday night. The Fever fell behind by 13 points before completely taking control in the second half. Indiana outscored New York 63-39 after halftime, including a decisive 30-12 advantage in the third quarter.

Cunningham provided 11 points, four rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 22 minutes off the bench. She made three of her four attempts from beyond the arc and finished with a plus-18 rating. Kelsey Mitchell led Indiana with 33 points on 10-of-14 shooting, giving her consecutive 30-point performances for the first time in her WNBA career. Caitlin Clark added 17 points and seven assists just one night after producing a franchise-record 45 points and 10 assists against the Seattle Storm.

Cunningham has averaged 9.4 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists through 25 appearances this season. She has been one of the league’s most efficient perimeter shooters, connecting on 48.4 percent of her field-goal attempts and 43.7 percent from 3-point range.

The Fever improved to 16-10 with the victory and moved into first place in the Eastern Conference standings. Indiana will remain at home for a matchup against the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Before then, Cunningham’s all-black, leg-baring outfit gave fans another reason to pay attention away from the court.
