"Sir job chala jayega" - Paparazzi plead with Virat Kohli as he refuses to pose for pictures in Mumbai [Watch]

Team India's star batter Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma returned to Mumbai on Tuesday, December 16. They were back following a visit to spiritual leader Premanand Govind Sharan's ashram in Vrindavan.

A video showed Virat and Anushka getting into their car at the Mumbai airport. At that time, a paparazzo was heard pleading with the former India captain to pose for pictures.

The person remarked that the photographers could lose their jobs if they didn't click Virat's pictures. He said:

"Sir, job chala jayega (Sir, I will lose my job)."

On the cricketing front, Virat Kohli looked in stupendous form during India's recently concluded three-match ODI series against South Africa. He struck two centuries and one unbeaten half-century, finishing with 302 runs across three innings.

Virat was adjudged the Player of the Series as the Men in Blue won 2-1. He is now likely to play a few matches for Delhi in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26.

"Holding on one end while everyone plays around" - Former India cricketer wants Subman Gill learn from Virat Kohli amid IND vs SA 2025 T20Is

Shubman Gill has come under the scanner following back-to-back underwhelming performances in India's ongoing five-match T20I series. Former India keeper Deep Dasgupta feels the vice-captain should take a cue from Virat Kohli.

He emphasized that Gill should focus on holding one end, like how Virat used to do in his T20I career. The cricketer-turned-commentator told PTI (via News 18):

"For me Shubman’s role is very different, because if you see most of the other players are stroke players, so it is a kind of role that Virat played so well and did so well through the years, that is holding on one end while everyone plays around.:

Gill has scored just 32 runs across three innings. India lead the series 2-1, with two matches to go. The fourth T20I will be played in Lucknow on Wednesday, December 17.
