There's a chance.
That's the good news when it comes to the injured Sidney Crosby's chances of playing in the Olympics gold medal game on Sunday for Team Canada against the United States.
In fact, TSN's Ryan Rishaug has provided a very specific percentage of Crosby's chances of playing: 70%.
"Am told the chances Crosby plays in the Gold medal game are in the 70% range," Rishaug wrote Saturday on X. "Seeing how he responds to his skate today and figuring out what his limitations might be are all part of the process tonight and tomorrow."

Crosby left the Olympic quarterfinal early in the second period after taking three hits on the same shift against Czechia. He didn't return.
He was eventually termed to have a lower-body injury. Visually, it appeared to be some kind of right knee ailment.
Crosby wasn't ruled out until the day of the semifinal against Finland, which Canada won in overtime, its second consecutive OT win.
Now, all of Canada is hoping its captain can return to the ice for what would almost certainly be the final Olympic game of his career.

Crosby is on Canada's even-strength third line, but he remains on the top powerplay unit. His availability could be crucial.
It's unlikely that any more updates come on Crosby on Saturday. It'll likely be a game-time decision on Sunday.
But somehow it's hard to believe Crosby wouldn't get himself in uniform and out on the ice for the biggest international hockey game in a long time.
