Steph Curry helped the Golden State Warriors snap out of a six-game losing streak on the road on Wednesday. Curry dazzled with a 46-point performance on the backend of a back-to-back, helping the Dubs to an emphatic 125-120 win against Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs.
One particular play from the game caught fans' attention when the Warriors guard Buddy Hield made a questionable decision. Hield, who is on a four-year, $37,756,096 deal, got a steal and dribbled into the paint. He looked up and saw Curry wide-open on the top of the key, but elected to challenge Keldon Johnson at the rim.

Hield's decision backfired as he badly missed the layup attempt and committed a turnover. The video of the play instantly went viral, with netizens ripping into Hield for attempting hero ball and ignoring the greatest shooter of all time, who was wide-open on the perimeter.
