The 2026 NFC championship game is set, with the Seahawks hosting the Rams, and the winner advancing to represent the conference in Super Bowl 60.
The Seahawks made it to the conference championship game by obliterating the 49ers. It was the third matchup between the divisional opponents this season, and they were tied 1-1 in the regular season. The Seahawks won 41-6.
The Rams made the playoffs as the No. 5 seed. They upset the Panthers 34-31 in the Wild Card round, and followed it up with a 20-17 overtime win over the No. 2 Bears. Both of the Rams' wins have come on the road so going into Seattle may not be as much of a problem as it would've been for other teams.
The Seahawks last went to the Super Bowl in 2015, where they came up short in a notorious 28-24 loss to the Patriots. The Rams were last in the Super Bowl in 2022 and beat the Bengals 23-20 to win their fourth Lombardi Trophy in franchise history.
