MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader, has once again been recognized by global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) organizations for the strength, consistency, and long-term credibility of its sustainability performance.

Schneider Electric achieved strong results in the latest World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) assessments, an invitation-based benchmark covering approximately 2,000 selected companies globally. The Group ranked first in the Social Benchmark and third in the Gender Benchmark, demonstrating leading performance in decent work, ethics, representation, compensation and benefits, and the prevention of violence and harassment. Schneider Electric was also one of only nine companies globally to receive an ‘A’ score under WBA’s ACT Core methodology, recognizing its ability to effectively deliver on its carbon transition.

The Company achieved an EcoVadis score of 87/100, earning a Platinum medal and placing it in the top one per cent of all companies assessed globally for the sixth consecutive year.
