The former Intercontinental Champion, Ricochet gave his honest opinion on a big thing in both AEW and WWE. The Future of Flight made the statement while reacting to a fan on social media.

While already having a number of titles on the roster, including Ring of Honor, AEW recently unveiled the new National Championship, and the winner of the title will be decided in a Casino Gauntlet at Full Gear 2025. The introduction of the new title after the Women's World Tag Team titles just recently got a mixed reaction from the fans.

On the other hand, WWE also has an abundance of title belts, including the main roster, as well as NXT and other developmental brands. A fan on the X social media platform opined that both the major promotions have way too many titles.

The AEW star Ricochet took notice of the opinion and disagreed with it. The former Intercontinental Champion said that having multiple titles for a deep roster in both companies is a good thing:

"I disagree with this. BOTH companies have such a DEEP roster, having multiple titles to fight for, I feel, is a good thing," Rico wrote.

Ricochet vowed to capture the newly introduced AEW title

After the new AEW National Championship was unveiled, it was announced that the first-ever champion will be crowned through a Casino Gauntlet at the upcoming Full Gear 2025 pay-per-view on November 22. Ricochet vowed to capture the title last Wednesday during a segment with The Hurt Syndicate.

Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin also vowed to become the champion at Full Gear on Dynamite. After the show, The Future of Flight corrected a fan who said "We're getting" another title at the pay-per-view, by stating that he is getting another championship in his career:

"*Ricochet is getting"

It remains to be seen if the former WWE Superstar manages to capture his first-ever singles title gold by winning the National Championship Casino Gauntlet at Full Gear on November 22.
