33-year-old star debuts on AEW Collision

A popular star made her debut on AEW Collision during the most recent episode. The star has competed in All Elite Wrestling in the past as well.

The 33-year-old star HYAN made her AEW Collision debut. The popular indie prospect competed in Tony Khan's promotion back in 2021 as well as 2022. She has also performed on the Ring of Honor a number of times. HYAN competed on the latest Collision episode alongside her tag partner, Maya World.

Maya World has competed on Collision in the past. The team of HYAN and Maya squared off against Tay Melo and Anna Jay. The match lasted only less than two minutes, as TayJay registered an easy win. Following her debut on the Saturday show, HYAN took to the X social media platform to send the following message about her debut:

"COLLISION DEBUT ✅"

HYAN has also performed in the WWE once, back in 2016. She squared off against Nia Jax on an episode of RAW.

HYAN on wrestling a top AEW star

Back in 2023, HYAN wrestled the top AEW star and current ROH Women's World Champion, Athena in Ring of Honor. The 33-year-old star failed to capture the win despite a great showing in the match.

Speaking on In The Weeds podcast, HYAN offered high praise for Athena's amazing athletic abilities in the ring:-

“First of all, I don’t think Athena gets enough credit for how talented she is. She has such a good wrestling mind and she watches all wrestling. Even when she was in WWE, she was following the independents, so she knew what was out there. I don’t think she gets enough credit for how insanely talented she is and how insanely athletic she is. That girl can move and her movements are so snappy. That’s not very common to have that kind of movement and body control." [H/T Fightful]

Only time will tell if HYAN will be seen in All Elite Wrestling again in the near future.
