Ric Flair and a popular sports legend have just filed a major lawsuit against several individuals they were previously partnered. In this serious situation, AEW is also factored in.

PWInsider has reported that Flair and boxing legend Mike Tyson have partnered with cannabis companies CARMA and LGNDS to file a 76-page lawsuit against former key individuals from CARMA, including Chad Bronstein. It was mentioned how the plaintiffs lost tens of millions of dollars on allegations of wire fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering, among others.

It was mentioned that the Bronstein and the other defendants were selling the licensing rights to some brands using the names and likenesses of Ric Flair and Mike Tyson, without their authorization. They were able to gain funds and misuse them for their personal agendas. At the time, Flair met up with the defendants, but he did not know at the time that he wouldn't get anything out of the deals.

AEW is said to be involved, as Chad Bronsteined entered Flair's Woo Energy Drink in a sponsorship agreement with the company at one point. It was revealed that Flair did not know about the deal, and this was also not disclosed to CARMA and LGNDS. The deal was never authorized, but despite this, when a situation arose between them and AEW, they were forced to pay them to settle things.

Ric Flair was present for Sting's final appearance in face paint

A few days ago, Sting made his final appearance in face paint to cap off his final tour. This took place at Wrestleverse Fest in Pittsburgh. Several fans and other key figures in the business were around for the event.

Ric Flair was also present at the event. Fiterman Sports took to Instagram to post a picture of the two WWE Hall of Famers during the convention. Flair was a pivotal part of the Icon's retirement tour in AEW and was also around for an important event in his career.

But for now at least, the Nature Boy has a lot on his hands, as he has to deal with this major legal situation. It remains to be seen how the defendants will respond to the lawsuit.
