On-loan Manchester United hitman Rasmus Hojlund shared his thoughts after winning the Supercoppa Italiana with SSC Napoli on Monday (December 22), beating Bologna 2-0.
In the title match in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh, David Neres struck either side of the break for the Serie A holders, blasting home from distance before capitalising on a defensive lapse.
It marked the Partenopei's second title in eight months, and Hojlund's first with the club since arriving at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on a season-long stint in the summer.
Although he didn't have a goal contribution in the final, Hojlund, 22, scored one and assisted the other in the 2-0 semi-final win over eight-time winners AC Milan. Following the victory over Bologna, the former United man posted a picture of himself with the trophy on Instagram and wrote:
"What a great decision looks like."The post attracted a comment from another United player - midfielder Scott McTominay - who posted three emojis.
Hojlund has netted seven times and assisted thrice in 19 games across competitions for Antonio Conte's side, including four strikes and two assists in 11 outings in Serie A. The Partenopei are third in the league, two points behind leaders Inter Milan and one adrift of the Rossoneri.
