WWE legend Randy Orton's wife, Kim, recently took to social media to share a personal update. The Viper has been absent from the Stamford-based promotion's weekly programming for quite some time.
Randy Orton last competed inside the squared circle on the October 3, 2025, edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he teamed up with Cody Rhodes to lock horns with The Vision's Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. The bout ultimately ended in Breakker's team's favor, thanks to a last-minute interference by Seth Rollins. Since then, The Apex Predator has not been seen on WWE TV.
Amid his absence from the TKO-led promotion, Randy Orton's wife, Kim, recently took to Instagram to share a personal update. The Viper's wife shared a Reel, featuring the WWE legend, in which they were enjoying Christmas celebrations. In the post's caption, Kim highlighted that they were performing the "Mannequin Challenge" during the party.

Former WWE star believes Gunther could retire Randy Orton soon
During a recent edition of his Stevie Richards Show, the former WWE star said that he believed Gunther could take the "legend killer" title off Randy Orton, as he has already retired Bill Goldberg and John Cena.
Richards added that The Ring General's next target could be The Viper, as he believes Orton might retire from in-ring competition soon.
"Here’s a thought that I just had. By the way, do you think Gunther is going to be the new legend killer? He retired Goldberg. He retired Cena. What if Orton’s next? What if Orton’s [retiring] in the next year to 18 months? What if he retires AJ Styles? They could because how many times did Orton like destroy Legends?" said Stevie Richards. After returning to the ring at Survivor Series: WarGames 2023, Randy Orton made it clear that he wanted to continue wrestling and wished to win more world titles in the future. The Viper currently has 14 World Championships to his name. It will be interesting to see if he will surpass his 'wrestling soulmate' John Cena, who has won 17 World Championships.
