Liverpool have been extremely active in the transfer window as they have invested the most amount of money this summer with some statement signings.
The Reds have drastically improved their squad with reinforcements like Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez among other names.
Apart from signings, the Merseyside club have also been extremely meticulous even in their sales as they secured their desired asking price for Luis Diaz, who moved to Bayern Munich.
The reigning Premier League champions have been under no pressure in selling their players and therefore they hold the controlling power in deciding the prices for their fringe players like Darwin Nunez, Harvey Elliott, Federico Chiesa, and Ben Doak.
All of them have generated massive interest in the market with Doak being the latest entrant into the list.
As per The Athletic, newly promoted Premier League club Leeds United are pushing to sign Doak, who has been attracted rampant interest among several clubs in England and across Europe.

The 19-year-old has had an impressive preseason for the Reds and therefore he is grabbing headlines with interest from several clubs.
As per reports, Liverpool have slapped a £20m ($27m) asking price for the young winger and if they do not receive offers in that region then they are happy to keep Doak as a squad option.
Why are Leeds United pushing to sign Liverpool's Ben Doak?
Doak moved to Liverpool from Celtic in 2022 and in December that year he became the youngest Scottish player to feature in the Premier League.
He kept making appearances for the Reds in the cup competitions and gradually broke into Premier League matchday squads.

However, he spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough where he finished with three goals and seven assists in 24 Championship appearances.
Doak won the EFL Player of the Month in November 2024 when he registered five assists in as many games for Middlesbrough.
Watching him in preseason, many fans believe that he is ready for first team football at Liverpool after his experiences in the Championship.
However, considering the club's stacked forward line, it will be more sensible for the 19-year-old winger to move to a club like Leeds where he would get more priority as a player to grow and develop into a more matured professional.
Interestingly, Liverpool rejected multiple offers for the youngster in January last season and now as per Sky Sports, West Ham are also keeping close tabs on Doak.
Apart from Premier League clubs, AS Monaco and Bologna are also interested in the Scotland international, but they are yet to make an approach for the winger.
The left-footed winger who is known for progressive carries and dribbling also comes with decent physicality. He could work on his goal output but his decision making in the final third proves his maturity beyond his years.
Therefore, Doak could be a great addition to Daniel Farke's Leeds United as they aim to stay up in the Premier League in the upcoming season.
