Potentially huge WWE announcement incoming

A major WWE announcement has been teased ahead of tonight's episode of RAW. This week's edition of the red brand will air live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Popular rapper Drake has a lifestyle brand called "OVO," which is short for October's Very Own. The brand's official Instagram account teased a major collaboration with WWE and noted that more would be announced on December 19th. The account shared two images on its Instagram story teasing the collaboration, and you can check them out below.

Tonight's edition of WWE RAW will be the first show following John Cena's retirement match. Gunther tapped out John Cena at SNME and is scheduled to appear on tonight's episode of RAW.

World Heavyweight Champion will also be on tonight's show, and Stephanie Vaquer will be defending her Women's World Championship against The Judgment Day's Roxanne Perez. The New Day and The Usos are also set to battle in a tag team match tonight.

Triple H claims WWE has entered a new era

Wrestling icon Triple H recently suggested that the company had entered into a new era.

Speaking on the Saturday Night's Main Event Post-Show, The King of Kings commented on John Cena's retirement. He noted that Cena's era had come to an end at the hands of Gunther, and that would lead to the beginning of a new wave of stars.

“What you saw tonight, to me, was the dawning of a new era. This whole thing goes full circle. You see the end of the John Cena era, and the beginning of a whole new wave in this business that will carry everything over into the future,” The Game said. [H/T WrestlingNews.co]

Drake attended Elimination Chamber 2025 earlier this year in Toronto and admitted that he had become a WWE fan following the show. Kevin Owens defeated Sami Zayn in an Unsanctioned match at the PLE, but has not been able to compete since due to a neck injury. Owens was in the crowd for John Cena's final match this past Saturday night and shared a hug with him. It will be interesting to see what the promotion's collaboration with Drake will be later this week.
