Austin Theory was revealed as the man behind the mask on WWE RAW, who had helped The Vision come out on top at Survivor Series and been there to support Logan Paul in recent weeks.
Fans had linked him to Seth Rollins after he used The Stomp on various occasions and even used The Stomp to pick up the win on RAW this past week.
That being said, it could be a much deeper explanation. There was once a time when even Seth Rollins wasn't allowed to use The Curb Stomp, a move he had used his entire career, even before WWE, when he was Tyler Black and called it Blackout.
Vince McMahon banned the move since it was considered dangerous, and Rollins was left to use the Pedigree instead.

Austin Theory could be sending a message to Vince McMahon
Austin Theory has his own history with Vince McMahon, who was supporting him for several months before resigning from WWE and leaving him high and dry.
The fact that Theory has now adopted the Stomp, a move that was banned by McMahon, could be a subtle message to him after what he has left him to endure in recent months.
Theory was once the next big thing in WWE, the same way that Drew McIntyre was once hand-picked by McMahon, before the controversy that came with his resignation, and Theory has since struggled to step back into a meaningful story.
The last two years have been tough for Theory, and now he has back on a mission and has been taken under Paul Heyman's wing. This is a massive move for the youngster and this could be his way of sending a message to McMahon by using a move that he banned himself a few years ago, to show he no longer controls him.
