1) Mega Altaria ex

  • HP: 190
  • Move: Mega Harmony - 40+ damage
  • Effect: This attack deals an extra 30 damage for each of your Benched Pokemon.
  • Energy Cost: 2 Psychic Energy
  • Retreat Cost: 1

Mega Altaria ex does best when your Bench is full. With all three spots occupied, Mega Harmony deals a solid 130 damage. To build up your Bench quickly, use Professor’s Research, Poke Ball, and May. Once set up, Mega Altaria ex becomes a surprisingly consistent damage dealer.

2) Giratina ex

  • HP: 150
  • Ability: Broken-Space Bellow - Once per turn, attach a Psychic Energy from your Energy Zone to this Pokemon; your turn ends afterward.
  • Move: Chaotic Impact - 130 damage, but deals 20 damage to itself.
  • Energy Cost: 3 Psychic + 1 Colorless
  • Retreat Cost: 2

While Mega Altaria ex carries most battles, Giratina ex acts as a secondary attacker for situations where the bench is not full.

3) Indeedee ex

  • HP: 150
  • Ability: Watch Over - Heal 20 damage from your Active Pokemon each turn.
  • Move: Psychic - 30+ damage, plus 30 more for each Energy attached to your opponent’s Active Pokemon.
  • Energy Cost: 2 Psychic
  • Retreat Cost: 1

Indeedee ex mainly offers support through healing. With two on your Bench, you can restore up to 40 HP to your Active Pokemon every turn thanks to its Watch Over ability. Indeedee ex is also a decent attacker if you haven’t pulled Altaria or Giratina yet.

4) Altaria

  • HP: 100
  • Move: Do the Wave - 20+ damage, adding 20 more for each Benched Pokemon.
  • Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
  • Retreat Cost: 1

The regular Altaria offers a simple alternative facing Pom-Pom Oricorio. Its Do the Wave attack gets stronger when the Bench is full, just like Mega Altaria ex.
