Despite Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs losing by just one score against the Bills, who have been one of the best teams in the NFL this season, it won't be a day to remember.
The loss moves the Chiefs' record on the year to 5-4, and they're now third in the AFC West behind the Broncos and the Chargers.
The franchise's star QB hasn't had the most consistent season so far, and Sunday was one of the low points for Mahomes.
Patrick Mahomes has career worst day in completion rate category
In the Chiefs' 21-28 loss to the Bills, Mahomes struggled in a way we haven't seen from him before.
He was 15/34 on passes, with a completion rate of just 44.1% (via StatMuse).

This marked the lowest rate for a regular-season game in Mahomes' career, beating his previous low of 50% in a game against the Browns in December of last year.
He threw no touchdown passes the entire game despite having 250 passing yards. They had two touchdowns, but both came from running backs.
Mahomes had a passer rating of 57.2, which was the second-lowest rating he's had in a game (worst was 44.4 against the 49ers in October of 2024).
The Chiefs have work to do if they want to make it to the playoffs, as they currently sit outside the playoff picture in a tight race.
They will be on bye next week, with their next game being played on Nov.16 against the Broncos.
