A Brooklyn mom was arrested for allegedly stuffing her 1-month-old son’s lifeless body into a duffel bag and hiding the luggage piece in a closet over the weekend, cops and sources said.

Gynae Kendall, 25, was charged Sunday with concealment of a human corpse, a day after little Adonnys was discovered unconscious and unresponsive inside his mom’s apartment on Veronica Place near Beverley Road in Flatbush, police said.

The investigation began soon after the baby’s maternal grandmother asked cops Saturday to check on her grandson, who she hadn’t seen in a while, law enforcement sources said.

Cops responded, only to be met by Kendall, who claimed the newborn was with his dad, law enforcement sources said.

But the baby’s 30-year-old father denied having the baby boy — prompting cops to search the mom’s apartment, where they found the infant wrapped in a blanket and stuffed in a travel bag inside a closet around 7:30 p.m., the sources said.

EMS rushed to the scene and pronounced the infant dead.

He showed no apparent signs of trauma on his body, according to the sources.

Meanwhile, Kendall refused to cooperate and requested a lawyer, the sources said.

The baby’s official cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Medical Examiner, authorities said.

Investigators are also waiting for the autopsy to determine whether the mom will face additional charges, the sources said.
