Streamer Nina Lin recently came under widespread criticism after clips of her, along with her industry contemporary, Zoe Spencer, reportedly sexually assaulting FaZe Clan production member, Said, went viral online. These clips, coupled with outrage from netizens, led Twitch to suspend her and Zoe on October 25, 2025. Lin's suspension lasted about 24 hours, and she was reinstated soon after.

Now, on October 30, Nina Lin received a follow-up suspension. This time, her Twitch channel, ninadaddyisback, will be "temporarily unavailable" for users to access. As of this writing, her official Twitch page displays the following message:

"This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service."

After the initial wave of backlash against her, Nina responded on a stream, taking accountability for her actions against Said:

"I'm old enough to own up to what I did wrong. And during the situation, I genuinely, 100 % thought it was a joke. I just thought he was laughing. So I'm like, 'Oh, we all just laughing and geeking.' But yeah, I see. It is wrong. It is really, really wrong. And what we did was wrong."

This clip is going around with the recent convos so I’ll address it. I was trying to get a massage from the physical therapist when Nina, an IRL streamer I’ve never met, pushed aside the therapist and started grabbing at my ass while I was already laid on the table - I felt

Apart from Said, streamer Disguised Toast also spoke out, citing an incident from Ludwig's 2025 Streamer Games, where he mentioned that he was inappropriately touched by Lin during a recovery massage session:

"I was trying to get a massage from the physical therapist when Nina, an IRL streamer I’ve never met, pushed aside the therapist and started grabbing at my ass while I was already laid on the table - I felt pressured to go along with it because 3 irl streamer cameras pointed at my face and also being at a sponsored event, I did not want escalate the situation. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time."

"I cannot believe that Nina is unbanned": Valkyrae speaks on Twitch unbanning Nina Lin after two days

Twitch's Rachel "Valkyrae" referenced Disguised Toast's message and expressed disbelief at how Twitch initially unbanned Nina Lin just two days after news of her actions against Said went viral:

"I cannot believe that Nina is unbanned. Toast tweeted a video of Nina at the Streamer Games sexually assaulting him and massaging his a*s at a massage table, and he said that he was uncomfortable, the whole time... I don't think she should've been unbanned. I think it's crazy she was unbanned a day later after the Said situation."

Commentary streamer Asmongold also chimed in, saying that he hopes Said "presses charges" against Lin:

"People like this need to have some real accountability. Getting banned on Twitch is nice, but I'd rather people like this get banned from real life."

In other news, Nina Lin responded to Pokimane’s question about the "type" of men she preferred by stating, "not too much talking, shut up when you need to."
