Pete Carroll was supposed to be the man who would return the Las Vegas Raiders to playoff contention in the 2025 season. Instead, he is seemingly about to pay the price for a massive letdown.

It's just because they don't want to accept it."He continued:
“They want to only focus on the next opportunity that's coming up, which is kind of how we think and that something good's just about to happen, and they've acted like that, and they've bounced back. ... And they're doing it. And so, I could see teams really being in trouble right now."The Raiders end their season against the also-eliminated Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is at 1:25 pm PT on CBS.
