The New York Knicks listed five players on the injury report ahead of their regular-season game against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday. Concern about point guard Tyler Kolek remained after he played through pain in the previous game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.

Kolek is listed as probable with a sore right ankle, but barring any significant last-minute setback, the talented guard is expected to once again play through pain. In the NBA Cup Final clash against the Spurs on Dec. 16, Kolek delivered a remarkable performance off the bench.

His high-volume scoring and big-time playmaking off the bench were one of the main reasons why the Knicks won their first trophy in 52 years. He finished the game with 14 points, five rebounds and five assists, while shooting 5 of 9 from the floor, including 2 of 5 from beyond the arc.

Meanwhile, Mitchell Robinson will miss his second consecutive game with a left ankle injury. Josh Hart is set to miss his third consecutive game with a right ankle sprain. Robinson's absence is a big blow to the Knicks as they are up against 7-foot-4 Victor Wembanyama.

Ariel Hukporti is listed as questionable with a lip laceration, while Landry Shamet remains sidelined with a right shoulder sprain. The Knicks are second in the East, holding a 23-9 record, the same as their Wednesday's opponent Spurs.
