Fans not at Dodger Stadium on Friday night will still have a chance to get a coveted Shohei Ohtani “Greatest Game” bobblehead.
But it won’t come cheap.
Several of the trinkets, which will eventually be handed out to 54,000 people at Chavez Ravine ahead of Los Angeles’ clash with the Rangers, have already been listed on eBay with some sky-high price tags.
The resale website shows around a dozen are already available for purchase, with many costing in the area of $135 a pop.
The souvenir pays homage to the legendary performance Ohtani had in Game 4 of the 2025 NLCS.
In the series-clinching game against the Brewers, the four-time MVP smacked three home runs while recording six shutout innings on the mound.
The Friday night giveaway shows a mini Ohtani post-swing standing on top of a platform that says, “3 HR.” The box it comes in reads, “Ohtani’s Masterpiece.”
In a unique twist, the bat that the figurine is holding is removable.
The item’s “Part 2” companion, which will pay tribute to Ohtani’s time on the mound in the big ’25 game, will be doled out to fans on July 8 before the Dodgers’ tilt with the Rockies.
If unable to make it then, it’s clear they’ll be available on the secondary market — if, of course, those who want them can stomach the sticker shock.
