Egor Demin was one of the more polarizing players in the 2025 NBA Draft class.

For the most part, he's proving it was a great thing that the Brooklyn Nets made him the No. 8 overall pick out of BYU.

On Friday night, Demin proved himself some more by making history never done before in the NBA.

He had the first game for a teenager in league history with 25 points, 10 rebounds and 5 made 3-pointers, according to Real Sports.

Demin actually one-upped those benchmarks just slightly, going for 25, 10 and six made 3-pointers.

His performance came in just 29 minutes as the Nets beat the Utah Jazz, 109-99.

Demin added four assists while shooting 8-for-16 from the floor, 6-for-12 from 3 and 3-for-4 from the foul line.

He'll turn 20 on March 3.

For the season, Demin is averaging 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists. He's shooting 40.2% from 3-point range and 84.8% from the foul line.

He has taken 259 of his 363 field goal attempts from beyond the arc, which works out to 6.3 attempts 3-pointers per night in just 24.9 minutes per contest. Demin is letting it fly while also displaying some of the playmaking that gave him so much potential as a prospect.

The Nets are very young, and not good at all right now, but Demin is certainly providing some positive hope for the future of this franchise.
