Some of the biggest names currently in NBA trade rumors are Anthony Davis and Trae Young. A recent four-team mock proposal was presented on social media that would pair Young with Anthony Edwards in Minnesota, while the Hawks acquire Davis.

Timberwolves analyst Wilder Adams presented a blockbuster four-team deal on X, formerly known as Twitter. It features the Timberwolves, Hawks, Dallas Mavericks and Memphis Grizzlies.

The mock trade gives the Timberwolves a proper point guard to pair with Edwards, who has not been effective as the team's playmaker. Let's look at Adams' proposal.

Hawks get: Anthony Davis from DAL.

Mavericks get: Julius Randle, Rob Dillingham and a first-round pick from MIN and Zacchari Risacher from ATL.

Grizzlies get: Mike Conley from MIN.

According to Fanspo, the four-team trade is feasible, though it's just a proposal. It's a hypothetical deal that may or may not happen before the February 5 deadline.

Marc Stein of The Stein Line reported that the Atlanta Hawks are more open to trading Trae Young now. The Hawks are 2-8 with Young in their lineup this season and are 0-5 since he returned from a knee injury earlier this month.

Stein also noted that the Hawks are interested in Anthony Davis, though it's unclear if the Dallas Mavericks are going to move him this season or next summer.

The Minnesota Timberwolves get a deadly backcourt duo of Trae Young and Anthony Edwards. Julius Randle's departure would affect Minnesota's depth since Naz Reid will likely start at power forward now. They could put Donte DiVincenzo on the bench and let him play with the second unit.

DiVicenzo could also close games as a sixth man if Rudy Gobert goes to the bench against smaller lineups.

As for the Atlanta Hawks, Anthony Davis fits in perfectly with Onyeka Okongwu and Jalen Johnson in the frontcourt. Johnson becomes the primary playmaker, while Okongwu can stretch the floor, as Davis mans the paint.

Memphis gets a veteran leader in Mike Conley, who could retire with the team he played the majority of his career in. The Mavericks can flip Randle in the offseason, while Zaccharie Risacher and Rob Dillingham joins Cooper Flagg as the team's future core.
