Jordan Anderson Racing is set to field three full-time cars in the 2026 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. The move follows a season in which JAR ran a third part-time entry for over half of the 2025 schedule.
The team's owner, Jordan Anderson, went on SiriusXM NASCAR radio to confirm the same. While Jeb Burton and Blaine Perkins reprise their full-time roles, the third entry is set to be an 'all-star' car with a rotating roster of drivers.
Moreover, Anderson announced a new technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing. JAR will now share everything from engineering, assembly, components, and chassis with the 2025 title-winning team.
NASCAR reporter Joseph Srigley shared the news and wrote,
"Jordan Anderson confirms on @SiriusXMNASCAR that @JARNASCAR will be expanding to three full-time NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts entries in 2026. The No. 32 Chevrolet will be an "all-star car" with multiple drivers."Jordan Anderson confirms on @SiriusXMNASCAR that @JARNASCAR will be expanding to three full-time NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts entries in 2026. This past season, JAR fielded Rajah Caruth, Katherine Legge, Austin Green, Andrew Patterson, and Jordan Anderson in the No.32 part-time entry. While their full-time drivers endured a middling season, Jeb Burton came close to a win at Talladega Superspeedway. It was the only race where he led any laps and ultimately finished second.
Meanwhile, NASCAR moves away from Xfinity Mobile to a new title sponsor in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series.
Young Motorsports announces Ryan Ellis as their second driver for the 2026 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series
Last week, Young Motorsports announced its expansion into a two-car outfit for the 2026 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. As part of the move, YMS has signed Ryan Ellis. The 35-year-old ran the 2025 season with DGM Racing and finished the year with a solitary top-10. After five DNFs across 33 starts, he recorded an average finish of 24.4.
While Anthony Alfredo pilots the No.42 car for YMS, his return in 2026 is yet to be confirmed. However, NASCAR analyst Bob Pockrass reported that a renewed contract is in the making.
Reflecting upon the news, Ellis shared an X post, writing,
"Super appreciative of the opportunity with @youngsmtrsports, thanks to @TabloTV and so many other incredible partners! I've been extremely blessed to race for so many amazing teams in my NASCAR career, and I'm really looking forward to building 2026+ with YMS."Team principal Tyler Young shared his excitement in a press release, stating,
“We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan to Young’s Motorsports. He brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and determination that aligns perfectly with the direction we’re taking as a team. Ryan is exactly the kind of driver we want representing our organisation, someone who’s respected, understands the grind it takes to compete at this level, and consistently gets the most out of his equipment.”Ryan Ellis parted ways with DGM Racing back in October. The team, on its part, admitted that the split was Ellis' decision and that it came as a 'shock' for DGM as well.
Ellis will now begin the 2026 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series with the No.2 Tablo Tv Chevy.
