Getting started in Mugen: An overview

Upon starting the game, you’ll be asked to select a Style. Styles are powers or abilities that you’ll use in battle. Once done, you can explore the mystical world, spectate ongoing battles, or engage in combat yourself.

Styles in Mugen
Here are all the Styles in Mugen right now:
- Water: Water is the most common Style in the game, with a drop chance of 62.25%. It offers the largest number of moves and combos but deals very little damage, making it the least preferred by players.
- Thunder: Thunder is arguably the best Style in the Epic category, with a drop chance of 30%. Inspired by Zenitsu’s Thunder Breathing, it features three quick attacks that significantly boost a player’s speed.
- Blood: Blood is the second Epic Style, inspired by Nezuko’s powers. Focused on hand-to-hand combat, it is the first demon power introduced in the game and has decent stats.
- Beast: Beast is the third Epic Style, inspired by Inosuke. Very few players choose this Style, as it offers medium-range combos and relatively weak attacks.
- Flame: Flame is the first of three Legendary-tier Styles, with a drop chance of 7%. Inspired by Rengoku, it is one of the strongest Styles in the game, offering incredible combo potential and high damage.
- Sound: Sound is the second Legendary Style, inspired by the Sound Hashira, Tengen. It is known for its powerful attacks and high mobility.
- Sickles: Sickles is the second demon power in the game, ranked under the Legendary tier. It uses auto-attacks when opponents are nearby and is considered the best option for newcomers due to its high damage potential, short cooldowns, and ease of mastery.
- Shockwave: Shockwave is arguably the strongest Style in Mugen, belonging to the Mythic category. Highly sought after by players, it delivers massive damage, excellent combo potential, and low cooldowns, making it nearly unbeatable in battle.
- Mist: Mist is the second Mythic Style, with a drop chance of 0.5%. Inspired by Muichiro, the Mist Hashira, it offers medium-range combos that deal decent damage but suffer from long cooldowns.
Gameplay elements

You can choose between Regular spins (higher chance of obtaining Rare and Epic Styles) or Lucky ones (exclusively yield Epic, Legendary, and Mythic Styles). Water is the most common Style with a drop chance of 62.25%, while Mist is the rarest with a drop chance of 0.5%.
- Combat: PVP combat is the most important element of this Roblox experience. Success in the game depends on quick reflexes and mastering techniques such as parrying, dashing, and clashing. To engage in combat, you can either initiate an attack or respond to one within the server. You will receive Coins and kill credits upon defeating a player. If you are defeated, you will spawn into the lobby again.
- Quests: The game offers a variety of quests that will help you earn Coins and Lucky Spins. These rewards can be used to spin for rare Styles that will give you a competitive edge in battles.
