“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Layla Taylor revealed she’s in treatment for her “exhausting” eating disorder.

“For the past two years, I’ve been struggling silently with an eating disorder I believed I had left behind in high school,” the 25-year-old wrote in a recent Instagram post, which featured a before-and-after clip of her posing in bikinis.

Taylor continued, “Far before I touched [GLP-1 medications] I’ve had my struggles. It’s been lonely and exhausting, fighting a battle in my own brain while trying to show up like everything is okay and receive comments daily on my body.”

While calling her recovery “messy and far from linear,” Taylor admitted that she’s had good days and bad days in her journey.

The Hulu star then confirmed that she stopped taking GLP-1s and is “still in treatment” for her eating disorder.

“I’m still learning how to choose self-love over self-criticism,” she wrote. “Even this video seeing my body side-by-side is triggering; But I’m still fighting — not just for me, but because my boys deserve a healthy, present mom.”

Taylor added, “So grateful for those in my life that helped me through that low time.”

The TikToker has opened up about her body image issues on “SLOMW.”

During a scene from the latest season that premiered last week, Taylor revealed that she weighs 99 pounds and “can’t stop” taking GLP-1s.

“I don’t think I’ll ever be small enough in my head,” she told two of her co-stars. “And I know it’s affecting me. Like, I’m so exhausted all the time because I don’t eat. And my body hurts every night when I go to bed.”

Taylor admitted, “I know that it’s going too far, and I’m taking it too far, but I can’t stop.”

She also divulged that she got on GLP-1s about a year earlier to lose “stubborn weight,” but she eventually realized how “addictive” the medication is.

“It’s a very negative part of the Utah culture. I can’t even count on both hands how many people I know abuse GLP-1s, like myself, and it’s a real problem,” she stated.

Taylor stars on “SLOMW” alongside Taylor Frankie Paul, Jen Affleck, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley, Jessi Ngatikaura, Miranda McWhorter and Demi Engemann.

The show has halted production on Season 5 after Paul was involved in an alleged domestic violence incident with her ex Dakota Mortensen.
