Mercedes Mone's immediate future in AEW revealed
The train doesn't stop for Mercedes Mone as she is preparing for another major title match next week. It was announced on this week's Collision that the CEO will face Red Velet in an ROH Women's World TV Championship unification match, which will take place this Wednesday on a special three-hour show that combines Dynamite and Collision. Mone won the interim ROH Women's World TV title at WrestleDream 2025 last month. Meanwhile, Velet is the original champion and therefore the CEO will have to defeat her to claim the championship for herself.
On Dynamite last Wednesday, Mercedes Mone competed in the first-ever Women's Blood and Guts 2025 match, with her team winning. Then on Saturday, she claimed the APAC Wrestling Women's Championship. Next Wednesday, she might fully claim the ROH Women's World TV title, and at Full Gear 2025 on November 22, she could dethrone Kris Statlander for the AEW Women's World Title, which would be her 14th title. Time will tell if the CEO will finish the month with all her goals achieved.
