Megan Thee Stallion grabbed headlines during the offseason for her relationship with Dallas Mavericks star Klay Thompson. While the couple has been received warmly by most, Stallion on Monday claimed she was a target of a paid smear campaign aimed at damaging her image.
Hip-Hop music magazine, 'The Source', shared a post on Instagram highlighting the rapper's claims. During a livestream, Megan Thee Stallion reportedly opened up about the online hate she’s faced, claiming much of it comes from “paid bots and fake accounts.”
"These are bots, these are paid people,” she reportedly said. “You’ll see a man tweeting about sports for eight years, and suddenly he just hates Megan Thee Stallion.”•
