For two straight years, the action at Augusta National Golf Club has concluded with a joyous Rory McIlroy.

The 2026 Masters Tournament had a repeat champion for just the fourth time ever, with McIlroy holding onto the advantage he built throughout the weekend to secure a second green jacket on Sunday. Last year, it was about McIlroy's relief, finally completing his career grand slam. This year, he's adding onto his legacy as an all-time great.

Plenty of big names were in the mix for the 2026 Masters, as McIlroy's successful title defense did not come easily. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler came within one stroke of forcing a playoff, settling for second place, while four other players finished at 10-under par.

It will take at least one more year for McIlroy to give away his green jacket, though. Once again, he is the Masters champion, wrapping up a high-intensity tournament to open this year's majors.

The Sporting News followed the live scores from each round of the 2026 Masters with our leaderboard. Below, you can find the full tournament results from McIlroy's win.
