LPGA TOTO Japan Classic 2025 round 1 tee times and pairing explored

The 2025 LPGA TOTO Japan Classic is scheduled to take place this week in Japan. The tournament will start with its first round on Thursday, November 6, and will run through the weekend to have its finale on Sunday, November 9. It features a full-size field, and players will tee off for the opening round on Thursday at 8 a.m. local time.

The players will start in groups of three. The LPGA TOTO Japan Classic is a co-sanctioned tournament by the LPGA Tour and the LPGA of Japan. Japanese golfer Rio Takeda won the event in 2024 and will return to defend her title this week. The tournament also features some of the top-ranked golfers, including the likes of Ayaka Furue, Somi Lee, Minjee Lee, and Lucy Li.

On the first tee, Manon De Roey will start her game with Asuka Kashiwabara and Fuka Suga, while on the tenth, it will be Saiki Fujita, Yuka Yasuda, and Arpichaya Yubol. Defending champion Rio Takeda will start her campaign on the first tee hole at 9:50 a.m. local time in a group with Julia Lopez Ramirez and Sora Kamiya. Ayaka Furue, Somi Lee, and Jiyai Shin will start their game together as well on the first tee hole at 10:12 am local time.
