Linda Evangelista is embracing her natural beauty.

The legendary supermodel, 59, is taking a new approach to aging following her traumatic CoolSculpting experience in 2021 that caused her fat cells to not only increase, but harden around her abdomen, between her thighs and under each armpit.

“I have to go through therapy to like what I see when I look in the mirror, and I still don’t look in the mirror,” she told Harpers Bazaar in an interview for the cover of the mag’s Beauty Issue. “I didn’t want to see myself because I didn’t love myself or like myself.”

While she’s still keeping up with her Botox injections, Evangelista revealed she has dissolved all of her filler, because, as she put it, “I wasn’t looking like me.”

“I’m doing the work, and I’m trying to get to the place where I like myself, flaws and all, and trying to love myself,” she added.

Evangelista — who’s a two-time breast cancer survivor — has actually learned to embrace the aging process. “I don’t care how I age. I just want to age. It doesn’t have to be gracefully,” she explained, adding, “I really, really, really don’t want to die.”

She continued, “I have still so much to do. I’m finally getting comfortable with myself and with everything, and now I want to enjoy it.”

“I want to be a grandmother, but not in the immediate future,” she said, thinking of her son Augustin who’s starting college in the fall. “I’m alive. I’m alive. I’m alive, and I’m going to do what I have to do.”

“I’m going to fight because I don’t want it any other way,” she concluded. “I’m not done.”
