Legendary female WWE figure declares she will be coming back to announce John Cena in his last match

The hype surrounding John Cena's final WWE match is through the roof. A legendary female figure has made herself available for The Never Seen 17's swansong at Saturday Night's Main Event on December 13.

Cena's final opponent will be determined through a 16-man "Last Time Is Now Tournament," which will begin on the November 10, 2025, edition of Monday Night RAW in Boston.

As such, the Franchise Player will be making his return in front of his hometown fans.

During this week's episode of WWE RAW, Adam Pearce announced the first two opening round matches. Rusev will face Damian Priest, while Sheamus will take on Shinsuke Nakamura next week.

During Instagram Live, Lilian Garcia confirmed that she will be present in Washington, DC, to announce John Cena in his last hurrah, if everything goes according to plan.

“I will be there, so barring any surprises that I don't know, I will be announcing it. Hopefully, fingers crossed."

She also recalled introducing Cena when the latter was going by "The Prototype" in his early days. Garcia feels it would be an 'absolute honor' for her to announce Cena one last time.

"It’d be really cool, especially because I announced John Cena as The Prototype before he was John Cena. It was at a live event. I'll never forget, I was there, and I was like, ‘Who is this Prototype guy?’ When he came out, I was like, ‘Wow, he's got a look.’ And then just to see his entire career, it's been absolutely incredible. And what he's done now with the Farewell Tour. So, fingers crossed that I get to announce that. It would be such an honor. Absolute honor.” (H/T - Wrestlepurists)

Lilian Garcia has been a regular fixture on WWE Saturday Night's Main Event. If there's anyone who could give a fitting introduction to the Cenation Leader, it's her.

WWE veteran Lilian Garcia shares an update on her love life

During Instagram Live, Lilian Garcia announced that she is now engaged to be married.

The 59-year-old WWE veteran said she has been dating a former professional wrestler after being single for almost four years. Garcia seems to be keeping her fans in the dark about the identity of her fiancé.

"As you guys know, I was single for almost four years, and I let you guys know earlier this year that I was dating somebody, and it’s gone to another level. I’m engaged! What? Yes! I’m engaged. Super happy about it. I’m with someone who totally gets the business because he actually was a wrestler. Okay, so you guys are going to be like, ‘Who is this?’ We’ll get to that,” Garcia said.
