Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James opened up about how the Lakers can become more consistent.
James spoke with the media on Sunday ahead of the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, saying he's aware of how frustrating LA has been at times this year.
"I know that when we've played some of our best basketball this season, we look very good," James said. "On the other side, when we've been terrible, we've looked disgusting."

The Lakers have dealt with key injuries all season. James missed the start of the year with a sciatica injury, and Austin Reaves missed 19 games with a calf strain. Reaves returned to the lineup on Feb. 3 and has played five games this month.
LeBron believes health is the most important thing for the Lakers as they make their playoff push.
"Most important for our ballclub right now is health," James said. "And I can't state it any more clear."
The injuries have caused chemistry issues for the Lakers on the court. LA's star trio of James, Reaves and Luka Doncic have played just 10 games together this season.
But the Lakers have remained competitive despite the lack of cohesion. LA (33-21) is fifth in the Western Conference and is on track to make the playoffs for the fourth straight season. James said the Lakers must trust each other and become comfortable in their roles down the stretch.
"I think the most important [thing] is if we can get healthy, how many minutes we could be on the floor, how much chemistry we can build with the sprint starting," he said.
