Lamar Odom is facing new legal troubles.
The two-time NBA champion was arrested and booked for driving under the influence Jan. 17 in Las Vegas, according to arrest records viewed by E! News.
Additionally, Lamar, 46, was charged with driving more than 41 miles over the posted limit and failing to maintain lane/improper lane change, per the records. A hearing in the case is set for March 17.
The basketball star—who was married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 to 2016—previously faced a misdemeanor DUI charge after he was arrested in Los Angeles in August 2013, resulting in his driver’s license being suspended for one year. That December, he entered a no contest plea and was ordered to serve 36 months of probation, pay $1,814 in fines and complete an alcohol education program, E! News confirmed at the time.
Two years later, Lamar suffered a near-fatal drug overdose at a Nevada brothel, where he was found unconscious in October 2015. He remained in a coma for three days, enduring six heart attacks and 12 strokes during his hospital stay.
Lamar reflected on the ordeal during a recent face-to-face reunion with his ex—their first meeting in nine years—noting that he stopped doing drugs because of his kids Destiny, 27, and Lamar Jr., 23, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales. (Lamar and Liza's son Jayden died of sudden infant death syndrome at 6 months old in 2006.)

“What made me stop was wanting to be next to my children,” Lamar explained during an appearance on The Kardashians in February. “Wanting their respect.”
The retired athlete also acknowledged how his actions affected Khloe, 41, who remained by his side throughout his recovery.
“I took you through a lot,” Lamar told Khloe. “I love you for trying your hardest with me.”
